Policy Assessment and Review
We conduct systematic reviews of department policies to identify gaps, contradictions, and areas of legal or operational risk.
Our assessments cover use of force, supervision, early intervention systems, traffic enforcement, ethics, and integrity. We also evaluate implementation: whether policies are being followed in practice, and whether supervisors are holding personnel accountable.
